Dickie Skinz (Rich Skinner) is a multifaceted force in entertainment he founded Sik Pup Ent. in 1997. A Director, Actor, Musician, Producer, Cinematographer, Screenwriter, Songwriter and owner of his own production studio. A Recording Academy member, he has emerged as one of the most dynamic and sought-after independent talents in music, film, and television. Defying an industry built on prefabricated stars, Dickie thrives on raw independence, relentless work ethic, and undeniable presence. Whether behind the camera, on stage, in the studio, or in front of the lens, he commands attention with skill, hustle, and authenticity.
He has contributed to over 100 films and network television shows, including credits on Netflix Spener Confidential #1 movie in the world in over 100 countries, Showtime’s Brotherhood, NBC’s Medium, and CBS’s Waterfront. His acting and producing work has connected him with talents such as Ben Affleck, Patricia Arquette, Mark Wahlberg, Ethan Hawke, Mark Ruffalo, Christopher Walken, and Peter Berg.
As a filmmaker, Dickie Co-wrote and Directed Hurricane Chasers (on streaming platforms) Dickie wrote and directed Love From India (currently in post-production). He is now in production on multiple animatied films including Fish Theory, Mother Mary and Wolves On The Harbor. While directing Broken Raven (starring Survivorman Les Stroud), Left For Dead, and Caught Up (starring Leon). He also has multiple series in development and pre-production, including Dorchester, A Swing That’s Pure, The Rig and Justus.
Musically, Dickie is a triple threat — a prolific songwriter, producer, and performer often compared to Timbaland, RZA, Kanye West, and Dr. Dre. He has rocked hundreds of live shows worldwide, opening for legends including Run DMC, Nas, The Notorious B.I.G., Naughty By Nature, Onyx, and House of Pain/La Coka Nostra. A Boston Music Award nominee for Hip Hop Producer of the Year, he has collaborated with Platinum-level artists and producers such as Sticky Fingaz, Cappadonna, Rich Cronin, Devon Lima, Sean Price, Malik Williams, and more. His production and scoring work spans rock, rap, pop, country, video games, film, and television and Fortune 500 companies.
